About Me
Jennifer Silverman is a holistic nutritionist who lives in Bethesda, Maryland. As an expert in nutrition and intuitive eating, she takes a 360 approach to empower her clients to take ownership of their eating choices to enrich their lives. Her high-touch approach, warmth and relatability set her apart among her peers.
Jennifer, a Baltimore native, earned a Master’s in Health Promotion Management with a specialization in Nutrition Education from American University in Washington D.C. earning her an M.S. and Nutrition Education Certification. Jennifer spent nearly a decade consulting organizations in the public and private sector on their employee wellness programs. She developed health education programs, led seminars and worked closely with a number of Fortune 500 companies to create strategies to improve productivity and drive lasting behavior change.
Jennifer also studied holistic nutrition at The Nutrition School in Manhattan and is licensed by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. Jennifer was featured in Fit Mama City, a site tailored to the “superwomen” who run their households, have successful careers all while maintaining their sense of self. Jen has contributed to Shape Magazine, Business Insider, Reader's Digest, Runner's World, Eat This Not That, Aaptiv, and Ladders.
When not working, you can find her working out or spending time with her husband and three kids.
