Vegan + Vegetarian Diets

Loading up on vegetables provides our bodies with a nutrient-punch at every sitting! But navigating a strict vegetarian or vegan lifestyle can be daunting. The fear of not getting everything we need to feel our best is always a concern. Plus, vegetarian food does not always equate to healthy (although, it should!) and many products on the market are processed and calorie-dense.
