Jen believes there is nothing more valuable than feeling comfortable and confident in our own skin. While genetics impact our body composition to some extent, our food and lifestyle choices have an astounding effect on our energy levels, mood, athletic performance, and disease prevention.

Jen wants to help her clients look and feel their best, without feeling deprived or frustrated. She works to empower them to make good choices and eat nutritiously, by teaching food timing and pairing, meal ideas and helping them to navigate the grocery store and their own kitchens.
